What's in the box?

We are chicken owners too, and would never send anything that doesn't get our chickens' cluck of approval. You'll find that we put a great deal of thought, research, and time into the selections for each box. Typically, each box contains chicken treats, a medical or health product, a book or magazine, and a couple of fun and useful chicken-themed items for you. Please note that each monthly box is different, and the products shown in images on this site may or may not be included in every Henny & Roo box. We may also make substitutions based on product availability.

When will my Henny & Roo box arrive?

Our boxes ship the first week of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box's progress. Contact us at info@hennyandroo.com with any questions regarding your shipment.

How does the subscription billing work?

You can purchase a month-to-month subscription, or save by pre-paying for a 3, 6, or 12 month plan. Your Henny & Roo subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of each month based on the subscription plan you choose until you cancel. You may cancel any time before your subscription renews. Coupon code savings are only applied to your first subscription, not renewals. Contact us at info@hennyandroo.com with any questions regarding your billing.

Do your boxes sell out?

Yes, our boxes sell out often. If we are sold out, you can usually purchase a subscription for the next month's box, and we will indicate this on the home page. If you'd like a box right away, check our Shop for past month boxes and other gifts.

How is my Henny & Roo box shipped?

Items are shipped via USPS to addresses in the United States. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are not shipping to any other countries at this time.

Can I return my box?

Subscription boxes are not eligible for returns, sorry. Please contact us at hennyandroo@gmail.com with any concerns about the contents of your box.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Easy! Just log in to your account. From there you can edit the subscription or cancel it. No worries or hassles. We are sorry to see you go but, we'll be right here if you need us again. You can also skip a month from your account page. Please note: If you cancel from your account it does not cancel any open orders/shipments you may have, it will just cancel the auto-renew. For example, if you subscribe for a 3 month plan, and cancel after the first month, you will still receive the remaining two boxes in your subscription but your subscription will not be automatically renewed.

Possibly, if your product is relevant to backyard chicken keepers. A fee applies. Contact us at info@hennyandroo.com and send a copy of your advertisement for review.
