What types of items are included in the Henny+Roo box?

Typically, each box contains 6-8 chicken keeping supplies like treats, medical or health products, books or magazines, and a couple of fun and useful chicken-themed items for you. Please note that each monthly box is different, and the products shown in images on this site may or may not  be included in every Henny+Roo box. We may also make substitutions based on product availability.

When will my Henny+Roo box arrive?

With the exception of December orders (see below), subscription orders placed between the 1st and 11th of the month start with a Welcome Box filled with past month favorites, renew on the 15th (UTC time), then pick up with the monthly box the following month, shipping on or about the 5th of the month. Orders placed between the 12th and 31st of the month start with the following month's box. For example, if you order your subscription on October 31, you will get the November box. If you order on November 1, you will start with Welcome Box, then renew on November 15th, then get the December box. Please allow 2-8 business days for your box to arrive. 

DECEMBER ORDERS: Subscription orders placed between December 1-22 will be shipped a Welcome or December box, whichever is available, to accommodate for holiday gifting. The subscription will renew in December and continue with the January box.

You will receive tracking information via email when your box ships. If you have not received your box 8 business days following the date that you received your tracking email, please contact us at If your tracking information states that your box has been delivered, but you can't find it please contact your local post office. Our boxes ship USPS and UPS.

Should you need to change the address you originally entered when you purchased the subscription, please do so by the last day of the month, as we print our shipping labels on the 1st of the month. Henny+Roo is not responsible for boxes delivered to incorrect addresses.

How are the boxes priced?

Our monthly boxes are $42.95 with shipping included. Save by ordering a 3 or 6 month subscription. 

How does subscription billing work?  

Our Henny+Roo Standard Box subscriptions can be purchased on a 1, 3 or 6 month payment cycle, and you will be billed $42.95 with your initial purchase (less with multi-month subscriptions). Subscriptions automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged $42.95 on the 15th of the month (UTC time) based on the subscription plan you choose until you cancel. Coupon code savings are only applied to your first subscription, not renewals. For example, if you select our month-to-month payment plan, any promotional discounts will only apply to the first box. If you select our 6 month plan, the discount applies to 6 boxes. Contact us at with any questions regarding your billing.

How do I stop the automatic renewals?

Easy! Just log in to your account. From there you can edit the subscription, skip a month, or cancel your next renewal. No worries or  hassles. We are sorry to see you go but, we'll be right here if you need us again. Cancelling does not stop any scheduled shipments, or refund any past payments, it will just cancel future auto-renewals. For example, if you subscribe for a 3 month plan, and cancel after the first month, you will still receive the remaining two boxes in your subscription (because you paid for them!) but your subscription will not automatically renew. Subscriptions renew at or around 12am UTC on the 15th of each month, so if you'd like to cancel, do so on or before the 14th. 

Cancelling your subscription can be completed by logging in to your account on our website. Please do not email cancellation requests. 

I have a product I think Henny+Roo customers would love. Who do I contact?

Awesome! Email us at with  product details and request our Vendor Participation Information Sheet. If your product is too big or heavy to be included in our boxes, we will  consider including your brochure (fee applies). We will also consider drop-shipping arrangements.
